This award marks Métier's second human resources award of the year after winning the Helios HR This year's "50 Great Places to Work" winners were selected based on numerous workplace measures such as challenging and interesting work, great work-life balance, opportunities for learning and advancement, and employee recognition programs. The largest factor in determining this year's winners rested on the employee survey portion of the award where employees were asked for feedback on their organization. "We have been honored this year with two employee recognition awards, but also our fifth time on the INC 500/5000 and as finalists in the American Business Awards," said Chief Operating Officer, Sandra Richardson.
