Federal Aviation Administration Selects WorkLenz


Métier, Ltd., an innovator in project portfolio management software and services, announced today that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is a new customer.  
 
The Office of the Chief Information Officer selected WorkLenz to replace their capital planning and investment control tool. The goal of the project is to:
 
1)      Improve FAA information technology program management, resulting in delivery    of the highest quality business cases as part of the budget submission process;
2)      Improve the FAA’s major programs’ earned value management capabilities; and
3)      Move the FAA from project-centric processes to a sound portfolio management approach.
