Federal Emergency Management Agency Selects WorkLenz for PPM

Métier, Ltd., an innovator in project portfolio management software and services, announced today that Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is a new customer.

FEMA’s Application Software Development group selected WorkLenz to pilot their project management information system (PMIS).  They purchased WorkLenz to integrate project, program and portfolio management for all FEMA software development projects.  They will integrate PMIS with other Department of Homeland Security (DHS) standard tools, utilizing the popular “enter once, use many” WorkLenz concept.

“We were pleased to be selected as the PMIS for FEMA,” said Sandra Richardson, chief operating officer at Métier.  “The department spent several years looking for the right system with the functionality for integrated project, program and portfolio management.  WorkLenz was chosen because of its advanced functionality, competitive pricing, and rapid implementation approach.”
