Métier COO earns competitive women in technology (WIT) honor in Entrepreneur Category

Richardson was awarded the Women In Technology (WIT) Leadership Award in the entrepreneur category. Sandra was one of 23 finalists in five categories chosen from a large pool of distinguished nominees throughout the Washington, D.C. metro region. She was named the entrepreneur winner at the Fifth Annual WIT Leadership Awards Dinner held last week in Vienna, Virginia.

Each year WIT recognizes women who have made an outstanding contribution to the information technology field. The organization honors local industry leaders in the categories of Government, Corporate and Entrepreneur, as well as within the WIT organization. These women exemplify leadership within their organizations and the technology community by acting as mentors, motivating others and serving as pioneers in their fields.

Joining Ms. Richardson as honored award recipients at the banquet were an array of talented women, including executives from the U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, Northrop Grumman Information Technology and Deloitte Consulting LLP.
